A refreshingly great dealership! I had not bought a car for a number of years so was approaching the process with some trepidation. However, from the start Matt and his dad gave me confidence, kept me informed about the car and when I went to view Matt answered all my questions and let me and my wife take it put for a test run. He ensured everything was correct before handover. When I returned to collect the car he even picked me up from the station. My parting words to him were, thanks for making the process so easy. I am thrilled with the car it is exactly what I wanted. All in all a great service, I'll be back!

Matt and his dad are the nicest car dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Helpful, patient, fair and professional are just a few words that come to mind and I would recommend these guys to anyone. Not your usual pushy or arrogant car salesman and I couldn’t be happier with my new car .

We recently bought a Vauxhall Meriva from here - the car is in lovely condition,they even added on a 12 month M.O.T even though there was still 6 months left on the old one. I can honestly say the after sales service has been amazing and they even brought the car to us rather than us having to go to collect it. I will definitely be recommending friends and family to go here when looking for a new car.

I don’t think I’ve ever bought a car from a more open and honest person as Matt. He answered every question, and nothing was too much trouble. We bought a first car for my daughter, and we are very happy with our purchase. They’ve got a simple business model - buy good cars, price them a little below everyone else and then tell buyers everything they need to know about the vehicle. Worked for us.

First Class! Bought a Toyota Yaris for my daughter's first ever car and both Matt and his father were brilliant, absolutely first-class customer service and couldn't do enough to help and ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible. Recently bought a Suzuki swift from MP cars northwest. Matt was really lovely and patient as I had a look at the car and had a test drive. A few minor things needed doing to the car before I purchased it, but Matt got things sorted quickly and without bother. Great service, very much appreciated.

Places like this don’t exit anymore…I’m not a buyer, neither have I ever stepped foot in the premises. However I run a garage in Leeds where a customer from this dealership had a failure of its cam chain (can happen any time to anyone). Usually, a dealership wants the car back to inspect, instead these chaps went over and beyond, allowed the car to be repaired by my garage here in leads for the customer after looking at our reviews, paid straight away and was more concerned with how his customer was, feeling and there welfare more than the huge bill that no doubt removed a trace of his profit. I’ve worked as a sales manager for car dealerships all over the world, and never have I experienced a dealership actually put the customer first (shock I know) but these chaps do. What a company, it’s a shame they’re not closer as to be honest, I would recommend them to the world if you’re looking for a car to buy and to have a personal service where someone actually cares about what they’re selling, and the after service they provide. What was wrong with the car they sold was unavoidable, a one in a million, but it happened, within a short time, it was repaired as new and back to the customer, the dealership paying more instead of having it transported back, in order to make sure the customer was the number one priority. One last thing, technically they could have fought that what failed was a wear and tear item and the devastation it caused was a result of that, they didn’t. If I wasn’t in the trade myself, I would 100% make the travel from where I am to buy from them. Anybody can buy a car, it’s the company, and finding a good one that’s the key, and I dare say this is a hidden gem.

What an excellent dealership! The whole process was very smooth. Dealt with Matt initially, and on picking up the car up, we were so impressed that it was even lovelier than the pictures. I did have some unfortunate issues with the car a few weeks later, but Mike did an amazing job of covering the costs and looked after me so well. I would not hesitate in recommending MP Cars, what a fantastic dealership, so glad I have had my car from you guys. Thanks so much again!

I was very impressed by Matt's straightforward, honest approach to selling me the Honda Jazz. l recognised it was very good value straight away so was a little suspicious as to why such a good car, with low mileage, full-service history, and nearly a full year MOT, was such a reasonable price. However, it became clear that everything was in order, and that refreshingly, in this dog eat dog world, MP Motors offer genuinely honest, reasonably priced service....lower prices than all the other similar models l had looked at elsewhere. l would recommend MP Motors as a top rate car dealership with great communication and advice.....5* everything.

We recently bought a used Kia Sportage (around a month ago now) from MP CARS NORTHWEST and can't fault the service we received, or the car itself. It's quite nerve-wracking handing over money for such an important purchase, especially when you're certainly not a car expert. We came equipped with a list of questions and documentation we wanted to see, but this was all provided without us even having to ask. We were strongly encouraged to test-drive the car before making a decision, and were given flexible options for warranties, and an option to part exchange our old banger. Matt was approachable, knowledgeable, and came across trustworthy and not too "salesy". Have had no problems with the car at all so far and have been really happy with it. Highly recommend.

I bought my Mini year ago from MP Cars. As a foreigner I could expected some misunderstanding but nothing like that happened. Superb proffesional and very kind /pleasant service. After month after purchase It turned out it was some issue with brakes and Mps returned back money for service work. Great servise. I honestly recommend this family company when you look for used car.

Mike seems a genuine chap and was so trusting, literally handing the keys and ‘see how you like it’. We had already discussed pricing so all we needed to do was make sure it was what we wanted and in the described condition, which it was. Vehicle has 3 months warranty, which I hope we don’t have to use, and was in very clean condition and 1/4 tank of juice. Very pleasant and easy transaction, would recommend highly.
